Measure actual behaviour within a simulated business context
The assessment centre is designed to measure actual behaviour. Assessment centre exercises are grouped together in the categories “Skills tests”, “Case studies” and “Interactive exercises”. Skills tests are designed to provide a measurement of the individual’s ability to demonstrate specific skills in the workplace, whereas the case studies measure the individual’s ability to accurately process and appropriately respond to information in a business context. The Interactive exercises category consists of group exercises, role play exercises and presentations.
